I am really a seriously busy person and do not post reviews much...but I just opened this and WOW... I have typed for 30 years and had carpel tunnel surgery and still have hand problems and have had many stress balls but the quality in these are amazing. I'm going to order more now just in case because I do not want to be without one or two. Lol. Going to give some to my girls as they do a lot with their hands too. Dr recommended getting them because they help circulation and relieve stress and pain. Have to say this one of the best things I have bought in years. If you have hand problems then you will understand. Hope this helps. I'm going to have to hide them when my 6 grandsons come over too. Lol
